After 35 years of living throughout the New York metropolitan area, I acknowledged that I am a country girl at heart and that I could choose to move. However, leaving such good long time friends and clients was too difficult for me to do, until I broke 3 limbs. What can I say? I'm a Taurus?
Since 1975 I have studied and practiced Actualism meditation and bodywork. In 1989 my decision to get a New York massage license allowed me to work with people who were not involved with the school of Actualism. And then in 1995, I attended my first class in Ortho-bionomy, which is what I hope to offer you here at Touchstone Bodyworks."
