Living the Life of Your Dreams
Through Manifestation

Living the life of your dreams requires having clarity and focus around what it is that is important to you and what you feel would bring you joy. While people's dreams are very unique to them as individuals, the process of creating the life of your dreams - also known as manifestation - is the same for each of us.

We all possess the ability to manifest the things that we desire. The laws of physics teach us that in the world of energy, like attracts like. Our physical bodies contain an energetic system that allows us to apply the law of attraction in a meaningful way. We automatically will draw to us whatever we are emitting energetically. Does this mean that simply wishing something to be will make it happen? Very unlikely. What is does mean is that when you can clearly imagine what it is you want to bring into your life in very great detail and you can feel (this is an important part) what it would be like to experience your dream in the present (not the future, but now), you can manifest your desire.

A few things to remember here ~

* Always manifest in the positive. If weight loss is your goal, don't wish to not be overweight; instead, imagine yourself in your ideal physique. As you imagine, feel what it is like to fit into your ideal sized clothing; feel the new vitality you have.

*Clarity counts. There are many exercises you can do to help gain detail and clarity around your dream life. Creating a dream board is an excellent tool in manifestation. Writing in a journal can also be effective. Anything that requires you to focus your vision, bringing continued positive energy to it.

*Manifestation requires continued effort and an action plan. The Universal powers that be will not just give you what you want - you do need to apply yourself. At the beginning of each day, make a list of the 5 most important things you need to do to move in the direction of your dream life. If your desire is to lose weight and become healthier, then your list could be something like 1. Walk 30 minutes at lunch. 2. Complete my Food & Mood journal today. 3. Drink (4) 8 oz. glasses of water today. 4. Eat one salad today. 5. Choose a healthy dessert today.

Keeping the list manageable and realistic is important. As you do each of these things in your day, picture your ideal weight. Feel the excitement of fitting into those new, smaller jeans. Feel the sense of accomplishment as people compliment on your recent success and tell you how great to you look. Feel grateful for your success. If you don't complete all five tasks on a given day, the uncompleted task moves to the top of the next day's list.

Creating your dream life is nothing more than focusing your attention to create your intention. So what kind of life do you intend to live? I challenge you to create your dream life in 2009. What are you waiting for?
