All About Me
When we look at ourselves, who do we see... I am a person of faith, hopes and inspiration. Reflexology is a new path that I am delighted to share and introduce. Because our world is filled with so much stress and wonder of medical care, it is my goal to offer an alternative wellness.
I am a mother of 3 wonderful children. The balance of everyday living is important. For 16 years I have been a resident of North Yarmouth. I spend my free time with my family on Chebeague Island, Maine, enjoying its tranquility and source of retreat! I am pleased to be a new addition to Touchstone Bodyworks!
What to Expect
There are two approaches to Reflexology or Reflex Zone Therapy: One sees it as a diagnostic and treatment aid, the other sees it as an aid to relaxation.
Reflexology is pressure pointing Reflexes on the feet and hands with a clear outcome in mind. A reflection of the body is mirrored through your feet and hands. Each zone relates to a particular organ or area of the body.
