Intentional Healing ~ intentional healing is an energy healing technique that works with the body’s energy centers and pathways. Facilitated by the practitioner, the universal healing energy is offered to the client’s energy field, clearing energetic pathways of blockages, and restoring balance. As the intentional healing practitioner works, he/she holds the intention of optimal health for the client, assisting them to heal in their perfection and releasing all that no longer serves them. Clients often experience a deep state of relaxation during and after intentional healing.

Ortho-bionomy ~ This very gentle modality combines positional release work with healing energy, resulting in relief of physical discomfort caused by chronic tension, and full-body relaxation. Very relaxing and effective!

Crystal Attunement ~ Many stones have specific energies and work sympathetically with the needs of those they come in contact with (examples of this would be “worry stones” and talismans). Quartz crystals and gemstones with specific vibrational healing qualities are used in conjunction with energy healing modalities to facilitate balance in the emotional and etheric bodies. Crystal attunement promotes health and assists in restoring uninterrupted energetic flow, resulting in an overall sense of well-being. May be incorporated into a massage session or received by itself.

Reflexology ~ Reflexology is a holistic, energy-based modality, working through the energy systems of the body. Specific finger and thumb pressure is applied to the reflex body maps of the feet, resulting in stress reduction and stimulating vitality and good health. This service includes a relaxing foaming foot soak.
