We are located at One Gray Center, Suite #6, Gray, Maine (the brick building in the center of Gray, across the street from McDonald's). Please park in the municipal parking lot (between One Gray Center and the gas station), or in the "corral area" on the McDonald's side of the building.
Directions from the South:
Take the Maine Turnpike North to Exit 63 (Gray). After passing through the toll-booth, get into the far right travel lane and take a right at the light onto Rts. 202/4/115. After turning onto Rts. 202/4/115, get into the middle travel lane to make a left hand turn at the next light (intersection of Rts. 202/4/115 and Rt.100). After turning left at the light, immediately to your right will be a gas station, a municipal parking lot and then a brick building. Turn right into the municipal parking lot and enter the brick building (One Gray Center) through either of the glass vestibules. Go downstairs to the lower level and look for the door with the "Touchstone Bodyworks" sign on it.
Directions from Windham:
Take Rts. 202/4/115 to Gray Center. Please follow the same directions as those above ("Directions from the South"), going straight through the light at the turnpike exit into Gray Center.
Directions from the North:
If taking the Maine Turnpike South, get off at Exit 63 (Gray) and follow the directions above ("Directions from the South"). If traveling from the Lewiston/Auburn area, take Rt. 100/202/4 south to Gray Center. Turn left at the light at the intersection of Rts. 202/4/100/115/26 (McDonald's will be immediately to your left) onto Brown Street. After turning onto Brown St., turn right immediately into the parking lot of the brick building, parking away from the building in the "corral area". Please use the walkway between One Gray Center (brick building) and the building that is home to 5 Star Realty and Karen's Flower Emporium. Enter through either of the glass vestibules. Go downstairs to the lower level and look for the door with the "Touchstone Bodyworks" sign on it.
Directions from the Yarmouth area:
Take Rt. 115 into Gray Center, keeping to the left at the fork of Rt. 115 and Brown St. (at the church) just before arriving at the center of town. Before the light will be the entrance to the municipal parking lot on the right, BEHIND THE GAS STATION. Enter the parking lot here and park. Enter the brick building through either of the glass vestibules. Go downstairs to the lower level and look for the door with the "Touchstone Bodyworks" sign on it.
Directions from the Cumberland area:
Take Rt. 100 North to Gray Center. At the first intersection (Rts. 100 and Rts. 202/4/115), go straight through the light. A gas station, municipal parking lot and brick building will be immediately to your right. Turn right into the municipal lot and park. Enter the brick building through either of the glass vestibules. Go downstairs to the lower level and look for the door with the "Touchstone Bodyworks" sign on it.
Directions from the Poland/Oxford/Raymond area:
Take Rt. 26 to Gray Center. At the intersection of Rt. 26 and Rts. 100/115/202/4, go straight through the light to Brown St. (McDonald's will be on your left; One Gray Center - the brick building - will be on your right) and turn right immediately into the parking lot of the brick building, parking away from the building in the "corral area".
